Many landlords are simply unaware of the time consuming administration duties (some required by Law) of owning an investment property. At DAVIDS Management we take care of everything for you - you will receive a statement every month including an itemised expenditure ledger and tenant paid to dates. We also have the ability to electronically deposit your income into your nominated account, so there is no waiting for funds to clear.
Should the need arise we also prepare all documentation to aid in the recovery of unpaid rent. DAVIDS Management will also prepare and attend hearings at the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal on your behalf if necessary.
