Report & Inspection

Our experienced property managers will attend the property before the tenancy commences to conduct an extremely detailed report, listing the condition of the property and any fixtures, fittings or furniture. The report will be signed by the tenant and become a legal document.

Throughout the tenancy, DAVIDS Management will attend your property to complete detailed inspection reports. These reports will be compared to the initial inspection report to determine how the tenant is maintaining the property. You will receive copies of these reports for your perusal.
