Vacating Tenants

On notification of a tenant vacating, correspondence will be forwarded to yourself and the tenant detailing the procedure to follow. DAVIDS Management will immediately commence advertising and canvassing for a new qualified tenant.

We will inform you of the date that the final inspection is to be conducted and enquire if you would like to attend. The property will thoroughly be inspected to ensure that the initial condition has been maintained.
