Credit Checklist

ALL persons over the age of 18 years who will be living at the property MUST fill in the Application and submit the following. This will help provide you with a fast response to your Tenancy Application. Applications will not be accepted until all of the following details are submitted with the Application Form.

1. IDENTIFICATION
Each Applicant must achieve a minimum of 100 check points

- Mandatory Photo Drivers License/Passport/Birth Certificate 50 points
- Existing DAViDS Management Tenant 50 points
- Photo Personal Water Craft License 40 points
- Pension Card 20 points
- Security/Firearms License 20 points
- Financial Institution Statement/Cash Card/Passbook 20 points
- Medicare Card or Membership Card 10 points

2. TWO (2) WRITTEN PERSONAL REFERENCES
Eg. Justice of the Peace, Business Owner, Solicitor, Accountant, Work References, etc. These must be from a non-family member and include phone numbers and addresses. The references are to be no more than 2 years old.

3. PROOF OF INCOME
Eg. 3 current payslips, Group Certificate, Employment Letter, Centrelink Statement (Documents are to be no more than six (6) months old).

4. PROOF OF CURRENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
Eg. Telstra, Electricity, Gas or Bank Statement

5. FULL PRINT OUT OF RENTAL PAYMENTS HISTORY or;
COPIES OF RATES NOTICE OF PROPERTY YOU OWN

6. COPY OF FRONT AND BACK PAGE OF CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT(If applicable)

If approved for a property, you will be required to pay a holding deposit of one (1) weeks rent as a reservation deposit. If you decide not to proceed with the rental you will forfeit one (1) day rent for each day the property was held. After seven days the property will be re-listed for rent. This deposit is to be paid within 24 hours of being accepted.

Please note: The holding deposit must be paid by bank cheque or money order only.
