Acceptance

If your application is approved you will be asked to provide a reservation deposit* which will be held in the DAVIDS Management Trust Account whilst the lease agreement is being prepared. At the time of receipt, a mutually convenient time will be appointed for you to come in and sign the Lease Agreement. You will also be issued with a statement detailing what money is due on this day. The amount of the reservation deposit will be deducted from this initial payment.
