Inspections

During the course of your tenancy several inspections will be conducted to determine the condition of the property both internally and externally.

Routine Inspections of the property will normally take 15 to 20 min to complete whilst our team member will be looking at how the property is maintained, if any damage has been done and the general cleanliness of the property. A copy of the report will be forwarded to the owner for comment.

The first Routine Inspection of the property will usually take place three (3) months after the commencement of the Lease.
