Before signing your Lease, all monies owing to commence your lease are to be paid in full by either bank cheque or money order (DAVIDS Management is a cashless office)

There are several documents that will need to be signed in order for the tenancy to begin. Each document will be in duplicate to allow you to retain copies for your own personal records.

Firstly, a Bond Lodgement form is to be signed. This will allow DAVIDS Management to lodge your Bond with the Rental Bond Board.

Secondly, you will be required to sign off on a detailed condition report (which will have been completed before your appointment). This document details the original condition of the property before your tenancy begins. The report requires your signature along with the Agents, allowing DAVIDS Management to determine the condition of the property upon vacation by you.

A report including a photocopy of all keys issued will be given to you to sign.

Finally, the Lease will be explained to you in detail and any questions you have will be answered before you are asked to sign and commit yourself to the property.
