Maintenance

If at any stage during the tenancy a maintenance issue arrises, the tenant is to contact DAVIDS Management immediately to report the nature of the issue. This can be done over the phone or by emailing a Repair Request Form. A team member will document the call and/or email and, if need be, attend the property to inspect. The issue will be forwarded to the appropriate tradesperson for rectification. A report will then be sent to you for your signature.
